It's pretty obvious that coaches have something in common especially when coaching same sport. But these two coaches are pretty much more alike than coaches usually. Teemu Kuusisto and John Konecki. They both do this with the big heart. Their football IQ is beyond limits and I appreciate that. But they also act alike.
Both of them are eager to communicate with the referees during the game. It happens 5-25 times during the game depending how the referees are handling their job. Usually it starts with frustration on something they notice but the poor referee doesn't. First they express themselves pretty strongly from the sideline. Then they gather themselves and negotiate firmly but with normal voice. If the referee hears them he/she is okay but if doesn't he/she is an idiot.

On the other hand you can also mix the rage with tremendous joy. Usually it happens when someone succeeds on the field how they planned it and beats the opponent to the grass. They can hide the joy as well as the disrespect ;).
With all football respect!!!
